§ 110-2. Use of fireworks; permit; fee.

A.It shall be unlawful to use, discharge or cause to be discharged, ignited, fired or otherwise set in action any fireworks in the Village of Piermont unless a permit is issued by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Piermont. Prior to the issuance of a permit, the Village Clerk-Treasurer shall refer the application for a permit to the Fire Commissioners, the Fire Inspector, the Building Inspector and the Chief of Police for their written reports to the Board of Trustees.B.Fees may be established by resolution of the Board of Trustees. If a fee is required, no permit shall be issued until the fee has been paid.
